out more in the Spring

Seems like everybody has kids to watch |

Sometimes
Spring is subtle,
   |

Sometimes
it smacks you upside the head
    |

Spring starts
as a faint reddish haze on the distant trees
   that invites you to get closer |
Sometimes
you see it first
 in a neighbor's back yard |

Paulownia They call 'em 'trash trees' here.  Imagine that! |
Spring is for sprucing up homes, too. 
Or .. why don't we just start from scratch! |
Remember our paper Mulberry? 
It's amazing in the spring, too. |

I sure hope it's tomatoes again this year.
 Although, corn would be good, too. |
